A diversified pool of uncorrelated funds

Objective

We invest in a diversified pool of uncorrelated funds with the aim of providing stable, long-term capital appreciation with an overall conservative risk profile and a low correlation to traditional equity and fixed income markets.

Philosophy

In our view, uncorrelated strategies can grow capital steadily by capturing non-traditional risk premia and skill (alpha), while offering investors a degree of capital preservation by diversifying away traditional market risk, which can be particularly valuable in times of market stress.

Approach

Our experienced team follows a disciplined, structured process to construct a multi-manager portfolio designed to:

provide immediate exposure, at low minimum entry pricing, to a curated set of best-in-class strategies and approaches including macro/systematic, multi-strategy, relative value, insurance-linked securities, credit/distressed and structured credit;
achieve diversification versus traditional asset classes by being invested across a variety of styles and strategies; and
produce “all-weather” returns with limited market sensitivity and low correlation over time to traditional equities and bonds.
