Kempen, the Dutch merchant banking firm providing financial services in corporate finance, equity capital markets and securities brokerage, is pleased to announce the appointment of five research and marketing specialists. The appointments follow the opening of the new Kempen Securities office in Antwerp, Belgium.
With the opening of a branch office in Antwerp, Kempen Securities emphasises its commitment to the Belgian market. Furthermore, it adds to Kempen’s global offering of financial services with operations in Amsterdam, London, New York and now Antwerp.

Leonne van der Sar, member of the Executive Board of Van Lanschot Kempen and head of Kempen’s Merchant Banking activities, said: “By reinforcing Kempen’s dedicated sector teams and by opening our Antwerp office, we aim to strengthen our ties with our Belgian institutional and corporate clients. We are very pleased to have hired five seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the sectors and companies in our selected niches.”
