Trust and transparency

We aim to deliver value for our clients over the course of our mandate, not just in the financial outcomes we are able to deliver for scheme members, but also in the service we are able to provide to trustees and their in-house teams.

For us, this means seeking to:

build strong long-term working relationships with our clients and, in a way that works for each client, customise levels of delegation, frequency of meetings, access to the client team and services;
be straightforward and transparent in our reporting and continually take into account evolving regulatory requirements around disclosure and evolving scheme member information preferences, for example around sustainability and TCFD requirements; and
actively contribute to trustee effectiveness as a trusted voice, anticipating challenges and suggesting solutions.

We actively foster a culture of continuous improvement that seeks to enhance our excellence in client service on an ongoing basis.

There’s a saying in Dutch, Kom verder, it means many things and it’s our business philosophy. It captures the way we work with clients but also the way we steer our investee companies to deliver shareholder value through active engagement.
