As the fiduciary manager for Clara Pensions we are thrilled to support them on their journey as the UK’s first superfund.

The Clara transaction illustrates innovation in the market and serves as an viable alternative for DB pension schemes as they approach their end-game. For sponsoring employers, it provides the opportunity to move their pension scheme off their balance sheets whilst providing a high degree of security for it’s members. A new chapter with Clara and CMS

We are proud to support a landmark move in UK pensions. The Church Mission Society (CMS) Pension Scheme has become the fourth section to join Clara-Pensions, the UK’s only operational defined benefit superfund. This is the first time a charity has taken this route and the first time Clara’s ‘Connected Covenant’ structure has been used.
