Local Impact

Impact close to home

Locally generated sustainable energy, a future-proof power grid or promoting reuse: investors can use their capital to enable positive change. Even close to home.

The diverse solutions have one thing in common: they can make the local economy and society more sustainable and resilient. For example, through the development of batteries for sustainably generated energy, smart solutions for the housing shortage and greening local businesses.

Go to

Tangible and innovative

Contributing to solutions close to home makes impact investing visible and tangible, also for participants. We offer unique local impact solutions in unlisted, illiquid asset classes.

We do this by providing our clients with solutions that have an impact close to home, organised by theme and investment category. These are carefully selected by us and implemented by best-in-class impact managers based on our instructions. This allows clients to design their own impact portfolio and choose which theme they want to contribute to.

Access and peace of mind

We offer large and smaller professional investors access to impactful strategies within alternative investment categories. This is a rapidly growing but sometimes difficult to access and less transparent part of the market, often with complex structures.

Impact Insights

There’s a saying in Dutch, Kom verder, it means many things and it’s our business philosophy. It captures the way we work with clients but also the way we steer our investee companies to deliver shareholder value through active engagement.

Capital at risk. The value of investments and the income from them can fall as well as rise, and investors may not get back the amount originally invested. Past performance provides no guarantee for the future.
