Biodiversity in real estate: learning from a frontrunner

Awareness of the importance of biodiversity is growing rapidly among both companies and investors. At the same time, this is a fast evolving field, with frameworks increasingly available, but still being refined. The key challenge lies in translating these into metrics that are meaningfully applicable at the level of individual companies.

As investors, we also recognise that this discussion is not yet settled. It is therefore important for us to engage actively with companies and learn from those at the forefront. In this edition of Sustainable in Action, we highlight our engagement with Catena, a Swedish real estate company that is taking a leading role in this area.
