From Just in Time to Just in Case
Geopolitical tensions, tariffs and supply shocks are forcing companies to face a new reality and rethink how secure their supply chains really are. For many, the disruptions challenge a long-held assumption: that if goods were needed, they would be available, regardless of where they were produced.
