Van Lanschot NV revokes the 403-statement issued for the benefit of F. van Lanschot Bankiers NV as of 20 November 2015. Van Lanschot has notified the trade register of the chamber of commerce of the withdrawal.

Following the withdrawal Van Lanschot NV will no longer guarantee the liabilities of F. van Lanschot Bankiers. Financial information of F. van Lanschot Bankiers, including its consolidated financial report 2014, is available on our website.
