Evi van Lanschot will be the new sponsor of four times world champion and Olympic medallist Marit Bouwmeester on her journey to the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024. As of 2023, the sailor will compete in the ILCA 6 class under the flag of Evi van Lanschot, the online investment coach of Van Lanschot Kempen.

At the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Marit Bouwmeester became the first Dutch sailor to win an Olympic gold medal since 1936. In addition, Marit is a four times world champion (2011, 2014, 2017 and 2020) and in 2017 received the ISAF World Sailor of the Year Award.

Following the birth of her first child, she returned to competitive sailing in October of this year and in November won a bronze medal at the European Championships. From now on, Marit will be working towards the Paris Olympic Games.

Evi van Lanschot sees Marit Bouwmeester as the ideal ambassador to tell the story of the online investment coach.
