Van Lanschot Participaties has reached agreement to acquire a minority stake in TechAccess (www.techaccess.nl), headquartered in Son en Breugel. The transaction is subject to approval of the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM).

TechAccess is a value added IT-distributor of hard- and software with an exclusive focus on Networking, Wireless, Security and Storage/Servers. TechAccess offers an integrated solution comprising a broad brand independent product range complemented with a.o. presales support, consultancy and training. TechAccess' customers are solely resellers and service providers. As a value-added IT-distributor, TechAccess always aims to offer the newest technologies and products.

Since its incorporation in 2007, TechAccess has shown strong and impressive growth figures. The company realized a turnover of over 40 million in 2013. With the accession of Van Lanschot Participaties as shareholder, TechAccess has found a partner that will support the growth strategy of the company.
