The transaction is structured as a share deal, transferring Dutch holding companies to the buyer
Kempen has structured a competitive controlled auction process as sole financial adviser, reaching out to more than 200 potential investors
The sale of the Dutch Residential Portfolio is the largest Dutch residential real estate transaction in history based on number of units
Closing is expected by early May 2019
