Our Real Estate team members are among the most active engagers within Van Lanschot Kempen. No wonder, since Real estate is responsible for some 40% of CO2 emissions worldwide. Engagement with the ‘laggers’, to bring them to a higher level of ambition, is what has the most impact on the sustainability of the sector and the planet.
