The establishment and substantiation of the strategic portfolio are an important part of the strategic investment policy. With our comprehensive approach, we ensure that your investment policy is firmly anchored and in line with your principles.

Van Lanschot Kempen incorporates your strategic investment policy into an annual investment plan. We evaluate the existing investment policy on the basis of your principles, market conditions, expected returns and risk analyses. We also make investment proposals for your final portfolio. All of this is done within the framework of the strategic investment policy, of course.

Once your investment policy has been drawn up, we ensure its seamless implementation. Van Lanschot Kempen has an extensive list of carefully selected managers. They are only included on the list after our thorough selection process and due diligence. We also actively monitor these managers. We offer our clients a great deal of freedom of choice, innovation and access to the most suitable forms of implementation.

In this step, we monitor whether the portfolio remains within the agreed bandwidths and guidelines. If necessary, the portfolio is adjusted.

Various reports provide you with insight into your portfolio. You will receive a monthly report on the most important developments. On a quarterly basis, we add components such as MVB reports. This gives you insight into the results and our assessment of individual managers in the portfolio, including their sustainability performance. In addition, we can assist with MVB communication to participants, such as an annual MVB report for the pension fund. We also provide a non-financial risk report every quarter.
