Keeping our stakeholders informed on our financial performance

We aim to communicate transparently and comprehensively about our strategy, activities and financial performance. We keep shareholders, bondholders (as well as potential shareholders and bondholders), ratings agencies, and research analysts informed on the latest developments through our press releases, annual reports, live webcasts, financial reports, presentations and more. We also engage in one-on-one and group meetings with institutional investors, typically at investor conferences and during roadshows.

If a shareholder enters into a dialogue with us outside the context of a general meeting, we may ask the shareholder to disclose its full share position at our request.

We observe a silent period of three weeks prior to the publication of the annual results and half-year results. We do not hold any meetings with shareholders or analysts during these silent periods.

Annual results 2025 published

Maarten Edixhoven, Chair of the Management Board, said: “In 2025, we delivered very strong results against a backdrop of geopolitical uncertainty, with profit increasing to €157.4 million. Current and new clients entrusted us with more of their wealth."
