Transaction highlights

Feyenoord Rotterdam N.V. (“the Club”) will become the owner of Stadion Feijenoord N.V. (“the Stadium”)
During the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) on 11 June 2026, the proposed transaction was approved by the Stadium’s shareholders
This approval represents an important milestone in the unification of the Club and the Stadium. Fulfilling a long‑held ambition of both organisations, the transaction marks the first step towards the improvement and redevelopment of De Kuip and will further strengthen the cooperation between the Club and the Stadium
