Feyenoord Rotterdam N.V. (Feyenoord) is set to acquire a 95% stake in Stadion Feijenoord N.V. (the Stadium), the legal entity holding Feyenoord’s home stadium De Kuip
During the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Stadium held on 11 June 2026, the proposed transaction was approved by the shareholders
This approval represents an important milestone in the unification of Feyenoord and the Stadium. Fulfilling a long‑held ambition of both organisations, the transaction marks the first step towards the improvement and redevelopment of De Kuip and will further strengthen the cooperation between Feyenoord and the Stadium
