New date for Annual General Meeting of shareholders
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2018, initially scheduled on 25 April, will take place on 31 May 2018. This change is necessary to complete the recruitment and selection procedure for the successor of Godfried van Lanschot, who will resign as member of the Supervisory Board. Godfried van Lanschot steps down as a member of the Supervisory Board as this is his final term of office. Shareholders will have the opportunity to approve a nominated successor at the AGM, thereby avoiding the requirement to convene a separate EGM.
The AGM will be held on 31 May 2018 at 2pm, Van Lanschottoren, Leonardo da Vinciplein 60 in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. As a result of this adjustment the following dates will also be adjusted:
- Ex dividend date: Monday 4 June 2018
- Record date: Tuesday 5 June 2018
- Payment of dividend: Tuesday 12 June 2018
The first quarter 2018 trading update remains unchanged and will be published on 25 April.
