RED Company and Redevco have joined forces for the realisation of The BaanTower in Rotterdam through a new joint venture
The 159 meter high BaanTower will be one of Rotterdam’s most sustainable apartment buildings served by renewable energy sources and innovative thermal energy solutions with 38,250 sqm of GLA
The BaanTower will be located in the heart of the city’s vibrant Baan Quarter, providing 427 rental apartments of which 30% are in the mid-market segment
The BaanTower is designed by Powerhouse Company and construction is expected to commence in September 2023, with expected delivery in 2026
