At the moment, fraudsters are operating on various social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Telegram and Facebook. They are misusing the name and logo of Van Lanschot Kempen. The messages are in German and Dutch, and the scammers try to persuade people to transfer money to fake investment accounts, invest in certain shares, or join a reward programme. Unfortunately, they are also using the name of our Chief Economist, Luc Aben, to make their approach seem more convincing.
