Procurement and suppliers
Our Sustainable Procurement Principles are integrated in our broader business partner due diligence policy, which enables us to choose suppliers that meet our integrity and sustainability standards. If these principles are not met, a dialogue with the supplier is initiated to assess the risk. All larger purchasing processes are subject to monitoring, including ESG-related data. We also offer training to employees who are regularly involved in the procurement process.

Sustainable procurement principles
Our sustainability approach is aligned with EU sustainability regulations. As part of this, we’ve introduced five company-wide sustainable procurement principles that apply to all goods and services:
1.
We aim to limit our environmental and social impact, and ask our business partners to do the same.2.
We encourage our business partners to pitch their most sustainable solutions and share their latest ideas with us.3.
We regularly evaluate whether we’re achieving the sustainability goals we set with our strategic business partners.4.
We reserve the right to terminate collaboration with any supplier if they cause significant adverse impact.5.
We encourage anyone who has any information about controversies caused by us or our business partners to come forward.
Jointly reducing our impact
FairChain coffee supplier
Moyee supplies our offices with FairChain coffee, which means most of the production process – from harvesting and roasting to packaging - takes place in the country of origin. This ensures that farmers and local communities retain a greater share of the value created. By choosing Moyee Coffee, we contribute to living incomes for farmers, fairer distribution of value, and local development.
Electric lease cars
In 2022, we introduced a new lease car policy committing to move to a fully electric fleet within five years in the Netherlands and Belgium. The goal? To significantly reduce the carbon footprint of our employees when commuting.
